QTLNetMiner

Rothamstead Research has developed [https://ondex.rothamsted.ac.uk/QTLNetMiner/ QTLNetMiner], a system of knowledge networks that connect information about genes, proteins, QTLs, SNPs, publications and more in one graph-based database. Users can use this network to gather knowledge about their genes of interest.

We have started to collaborate with Rothamstead Research on this project and are hosting our [http://146.118.96.167/QTLNetMinerBoleracea/ own ''Brassica oleracea'' instance]. Work is currently underway to expand the functionality of QTLNetMiner and to add more instances for other species of interest.
