In addition to chickpea, we contribute to a range of legume genome projects including.

Soybean: We contribute to an international collaboration on soybean genomics with researchers in the US and India

Pea: We are members of an international consortium to sequence the pea genome, led by INRA, France.

Pigeonpea: We are working with colleagues at ICRISAT on pigeonpea genomics

Lentil: We are members of an international consortium to sequence the lentil genome led by Kirstin Bett in Saskatoon, we are sequencing isolated chromosomes (from Jaroslav Dolezel) and undertaking skimGBS to assess contig assembly quality and placement.

Lupin: I contribute to a lupin genome project at UWA

Clover: I contribute to a clover genome project at UWA

Pongamia: I have previously contributed towards the analysis of the Pongamia Pinnata genome in a project led by Peter Gresshoff at the University of Queensland
