KNetMiner

Rothamsted Research has developed KNetMiner, a system of knowledge networks that connect information about genes, proteins, QTLs, SNPs, publications and more in one graph-based database. Users can use this network to gather knowledge about their genes of interest.

We have started to collaborate with Rothamsted Research on this project and are hosting our own Brassica napus instance. Work is currently underway to expand the functionality of KNetMiner and to add more instances for other species of interest.
