QTLNetMiner

Rothamstead Research has developed QTLNetMiner, a system of knowledge networks that connect information about genes, proteins, QTLs, SNPs, publications and more in one graph-based database. Users can use this network to gather knowledge about their genes of interest.

We have started to collaborate with Rothamstead Research on this project and are hosting our own Brassica oleracea instance. Work is currently underway to expand the functionality of QTLNetMiner and to add more instances for other species of interest.
