This page collects RGAugury results for all published Brassicaceae. The archive contains, for each assembly, a fasta file each for RLKs, RLPs, and NLR genes. Files ending in .lst are text files containing the assigned classes and subclasses for all RGA candidates. Files ending in .fas are the candidate protein sequences of all RGA candidates.
